The New Reality called COVID 19

It’s April 09,2020. The world has changed since I created this website. We are currently living in the realm of quarantine, safe distancing and we are all unclear about our economic future. How are you staying sane in these Twilight Zone-like times? I have been trying to keep my kids calm and my wife and I are doing many projects around the house that we’ve put off. I also have been taking a ton of pictures because it brings me some semblance of normalcy. Some. I can go off on my own, drive to a spot I want to explore and walk around (alone) looking for photo ops. It has been helping. Sarah has been doing jazz concerts online. I “produce” and do the lighting. That has been a blast and it offers a great opportunity to connect. Below I’d like to share a few photos I’ve taken during this unique time. Please feel free to comment, share how you are staying busy and most importantly, tell me how you have been staying safe as we wait for this pandemic to lift. Be well.

Boonton Township NJ. I always meant to shoot this scene. Well, I have the time. Rode my bike over there and grabbed it!

I doubt the parking lot is empty because of the Food Area sign. This is the Corona result for now.

I need a shrink to find out why I love wood so much. But this stump was obviously cut recently. Because along with the wood grain, there is a new line pattern created by the saw used to cut the tree down. Love it!

Meet Musket. This amazing old timer is affectionately called “The Mayor” of my neighborhood. He regularly checks in on all of the people and dogs in our little neck of the woods. Our dog Joe loves Musket. Who doesn’t?
