My idea for this website is to marry the story of each photograph with the story behind why I shot it. I have been “making” pictures for more years than I care to admit. But the ride has been beyond rewarding and continues to be so. A consistent objective is to really “see” and try to capture images that at first blush might appear mundane but actually are visually interesting slices of life. Slowing down and truly noticing is a lifelong pursuit. So how can the excitement of photography ever get old? How can what’s in front of you be taken for granted? That is the motivator to always see life through a lens. May that passion last forever.
